Create new Outlook source
- On the welcome page, click Next.
- Select Import contacts from Outlook and click Next.
- You can leave the Connection name unchanged or specify the name you prefer. Click Browse button and select MS Outlook folder from which you want to import the contacts. Click Next.
- Configure conversion of non-international phone numbers in your phonebook to international format accepted by Skype by replacing leading prefix. Life example of such conversion can be UK numbers where local prefix "0" must be replaced with "+44" international prefix. For example, the number "02345678" must be converted to "+442345678". Please visit national specific section to check your national converter settings. Click Next.
- Configure conversion of non-international phone numbers in your phonebook to international format accepted by Skype by adding leading prefix. Life example of such conversion can be Italian numbers where international prefix "+39" must be added to a regional number, for example number "012345678" must be converted to "+39012345678". Please visit national specific section to check your national converter settings. Click Finish.
