What is SkypeSync

If you are a heavy user of Skype for PC to phone calls, you want all your phone numbers that are stored in different sources to be copied into Skype. Manual copying is boring; embedded Skype import does not import phone numbers.

SkypeSync saves your time by importing phone numbers from your mobile (cell) phones, GMail™ Contacts and Microsoft® Outlook® into Skype as SkypeOut contacts. You can easily make SkypeOut calls, conferencing and SMS sending with all your contacts from different sources.

How it works

The current SkypeSync (Skype Sync) implementation supports import of contacts from the following sources: Microsoft® Outlook®, GMail™ Contacts and mobile phones. You can copy your contacts to Skype as many times as you want to. SkypeSync converts local phone numbers to the international format required by Skype.

• Import from Microsoft® Outlook®
  SkypeSync provides direct import of your MS Outlook contacts into Skype from any Outlook folder. Only contact names and phone numbers are imported into Skype.
• Import from Google GMail™ Contacts
  SkypeSync provides import of your GMail™ Contacts into Skype. Only contact names and phone numbers are imported into Skype.
• Import from mobile phone
  SkypeSync provides import of your mobile contacts into Skype over the Internet using an intermediate Synchronization (SyncML) server. Read more»
